in 1979, Vianen specialises in the design, manufacture and installation
of high quality kitchen canopies and ventilated ceilings.
Vianen
provides a totally integrated system that assures the end user,
efficiency, cost savings, high performance and longservice life.
The end result is a custom designed system for optimal performance.
As well as custom designing bespoke systems, Vianen has a wide range
of standard canopies and ceiling ventilation systems.
Vianen
can design a complete ventilation system for any type of kitchen,
hotel, military base, hospital, school and fast food restaurant.
These would incorporate the most modern systems such as the Compensator
energy saving hood and the most efficient type of canopy, the Water
Wash Misty hood with continuous cold water spray. The principle
of this system is that vapour entering the canopy passes through
the mist which causes the grease particles to drop in temperature,
solidify, increase in size and drop to a drainage trough from which
they are flushed to drain. Typical efficiency for this type of system
is 98%.
Every aspect from design to installation is handled in house using
the latest technology to provide the highest level of service. Advanced
materials and new manufacturing techniques can produce canopies
in seamless lengths of up to six metres.This is all backed up by
fully equipped and qualified installation staff and a technical
sales force that is both knowledgeable and professional.

CANOPY
RANGE
All custom manufactured from 1.2mm type 304 stainless steel, computer
controlled seamless welding and invisible mechanical
fixings. No sharp edges or projections. Can be manufactured in sections
up to 6 metres long. Inclined condense channel, with safety edge,
for ease of cleaning. All Vianen products comply with the Food Safety
Act 1990 and DW172.
VENTILATED
CEILING
The total solution for commercial kitchen extract systems providing
exhaust and supply air, integrated light fittings grease removal,
fire suppression, odour control, complete ceiling system design
complying to the latest hygiene standards.
FECON GREASE FILTERS
Manufactured from semi-circular baffle channels in stainless steel.
Handles for easy removal NSF tested and approved for high standard
of hygiene.

LIGHTS
Light fittings available as recessed or surface mounted, suitable
for either canopies or ceilings.
Recessed models are manufactured to IP65.
Surface mount units are manufactured to IP54 with toughened glass
lens and white stove enamel housing.
Both are available in sizes from 18w to116w.

AUTOMATIC WATERWASH SYSTEM
Available for either canopies or Spantile ceilings. The water wash
system reduces maintenance and provides continuous grease removal
and regular pre-programmed cleaning.
ULTRAVIOLET
SYSTEM, UV - C
The Vianen UV-C System utilises a photo light oxidation technique,
which produces ozone through UV-C Lamps. THe ozone reduces organic
substances in the air due to the oxidation process. The lamps are
mounted in a stainless steel frame, which is installed in the canopy
behind the grease filters. The protein chains in the fat and grease
are broken down by the intense UV-C radiation allowing the ozone
to reduce the organic substances.
Any leftover of non-reacted ozone automatically turns into oxygen
(O2).
The ozone produced by the UV-C does not turn into nitrogen oxide
(NOx).
Ozone ia an environmentally friendly gas existing in nature and
decomposes in the atmosphere.
FIRE PROTECTION
Alarm and suppression systems available for both ceilings and canopies.
STAINLESS STEEL WALL CLADDING
Stainless steel splashbacks to provide a hygienic, easily cleaned
surface that also protects the walls from damage.
